THE NATIONAL CULTURE & RECREATION PARK
A themed amusement park, located in the downtown area, known as the “Children’s Park”, opened all year round.  The park offers roller coaster rides, games and paddleboats. It is a great place to hangout if travelling with small kids.

INTERNATIONAL FINANCE CENTRE (IFC) – UNDER CONSTRUCTION
International Finance Centre (IFC) is owned by Chuang’s Consortium International Limited. This site has an area of 3,272 square meters and located in the central business district of Ulaanbaatar.  This building will be developed into a commercial building with shopping arcade.

THE GOVERNMENT PALACE ON SUKHABAATAR SQUARE
Sukhbaatar Square is the central square of Mongolia’s capital, Ulaanbaatar.  It lies in the heart of the city surrounded by buildings such as Government Palace, banks, theatres and post office.  This square is now occasionally used for ceremonies, rock concerts and festivals. Generally, the Square is a relaxed place for people to hangout ; Wedding photo-shooting for newly married couples; Student Graduations. Sukhabaatar Square is not only a popular place for travelers but also for city residents.

NATIONAL MUSEUM OF MONGOLIA
National Museum of Mongolia was built in 1971.  This museum is the nation’s largest museum and has a collection of over 57,000 objects relating to Central Asian History and the history of Mongolia from 800,000 years ago until the end of the 20th Century.  Two impressive dinosaur skeletons, 15 metres tall and 4-5 tons in weight can be seen from the third floor and above.  In addition, ten exhibition halls are available here.

CHOIJIN LAMA MUSEUM
Choijin Lama Temple Monastery consists of four temples built between 1904 to 1908. Paintings, sculptures, embroideries and masks dating back from the 17th-20th Centuries can be admired here.  This temple is considered as the most beautiful monastery in Mongolia.

ZAISAN MEMORIAL
Built on a hill, located in the Southern Part of Ulaanbaatar.  Zaisan Memorial is a tribute to the Russian soldiers who lost their lives in the Second World War.  A circular shaped painting structure highlighting the relationship between Russia and Mongolia is available here.  You may climb 300 steps to get a spectacular view from here of the city of Ulaanbaatar.  Definitely well worth the climb!

NARAN TUUL MARKET
This market is also known as the “Black Market (Khar Zakh)”. This is one of the must-see spots of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia for those who want to pick up Mongolian clothing, carpets, horse-riding gears and souvenirs.

STATE DEPARTMENT STORE
Established in 1921, a modern Shopping Centre, features a range of International brands and local products, i.e. cashmere and camel leather.  Services such as beauty parlors, laundries and dry cleaning are available here.  Food court and a supermarket on the ground floor can be found here as well.  Make plans to spend a day here during your visit to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia!

GENGHIS KHAN STATUE COMPLEX
The Genghis Khan Statue Complex. Located 54km east of Mongolian Capital Ulaanbaatar, consists of a 10 metres nigh structure, supported by 36 pillars, representing 36 Mongolian Khaans.  The feature of this complex is a statue of Genghis Khan sitting on a horse and holding a golden whip on his right hand.  Visitors will proceed to the exhibition hall by using the elevator at the back of the horse and will walk to the back of its neck where visitors can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view.

GORKHI-TERELJ NATIONAL PARK
The Gorkhi-Terelj National Park, is located 55 kilometres East of Ulaanbaatar, one of the must-see spots in Mongolia.    The park provides spectacular views of rock formations with different shapes.  There are great adventure activities such as Hiking; Horse or camel riding; Flower sightseeing; Visit to Nomad family; Archery can also be enjoyed here.

BAYANZAG (THE FLAMING CLIFFS)
The Flaming Cliffs must be on the bucket list when visiting Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.  The dinosaur skeleton at the Natural National History in Ulaanbaatar was found here!  Dinosaur fossils can be found easily when having a hike through the canyon.

HUSTAIN NURUU NATIONAL PARK
This National Park was established in 1993 and is located in the southwest of Ulaanbaatar.  A range of species such as herd of red deer, gray wolves, red fox, golden eagles may be admired here! In addition, horses may be spotted easily at the Park. Visit the park for an overnight excursion!
